humantalentrecruit.com is a jobs search engine. We donít
recruit for anybody. We only provide a platform of interaction between job candidates and
Recruiters/ Employers. Recruiters post jobs while job seekers access and apply for those jobs
online through this website. On this site each activity is automated. We have provided tools you
may need to aid your job-search needs.
||Do you charge for this service? how do I register?
No. This service is free to all job candidates. You will be
notified incase of any charges in future. To register just Click "Register" and proceed.
What is the extent of services that you provide?
As a job search engine we only link employers and job candidates
locally, regionally and globally. humantalentrecruit.com is therefore an advertising medium where
employers post vacancies and job seekers access and apply for those vacancies online.
Employers/ Recruiters are able to search job candidates in our CV/ Resume database.

How do I register/ upload my resume on this website?
After clicking register, a simple registration form leads
jobseekers to account page. A welcome email with your account details is sent to jobseeker upon

How do I know when jobs I qualify for are posted on this site?
Job Agent or Job Detective
You can create Job Agents or Job detectives. A Job Agent will automatically email new jobs
posted on this website to jobseekers matching their qualifications/ preset criteria.
Creating Job Agent or Job Detective
- Login to your account and from the 'Main Menu'
choices on your home page, click on
"My Job Agents".
- To create a new job agent click 'New Job Agent'.
You can create up to 3 job agents.
- Enter Agent Title, Agent Email (your account email
is default) and select Email Notification as 'Yes' and enter/ select any search criteria
and click on "Add & Save" button to complete the creation of your job agent.
Job Agent Results
- The job agent will send you an email only, when the
agent finds matching jobs based on your job agent's job search criteria. If you do not wish
to receive any email alerts, login to your account and change the 'Email Notification'
option for your job agent to 'No' or delete your job agent.
- You can also view matching jobs for your job agent,
from within your account. Go to 'My Job Agents'
page and click the 'View Results' link for the respective Job Agent to see the results.
How do I upload cover letter/ certificates/ testimonials/ my photo/ video?
When posting resume using the Detail Resume option, you have
ability to upload and attach files like cover letters, videos, testimonials etc to your resumes
To attach your photo, log in "My Account". Click on "My Profile" Then Click "Edit" and upload your photo.
Can I have Multiple CVs in my account?
Yes, you can maintain multiple versions of your Resumes/ CVs.
How do I view my present resume?
Log in with your user Id and Password, click on "My Resumes".
How can I create a CV/ Resume/ Profile?
Once you have logged in to 'My Account' page, you see a brief
summary of your account. To create a new CV/ Resume/ Profile, click on "Post CV/ Resume/ Profile". You will be linked to the next step of posting your details.
I am having problems logging in?
If you are having problems logging in, you may have entered an
incorrect username and/ or password. In this case, make sure you are inputting the exact username
and password created for your account.
I forgot my Username/ Password?
If you have forgotten either your Username and/ or Password,
please click on "Forgot Password" and we will email you the details of your account.
How can I update/ edit my Profile?
Once you have logged in to 'My Account' page, click on
"Edit/ Update". You will be linked to the next step of changing your details

How can I change the password to my account?
Once you have logged in to "My Account", you Click on
"Edit My Profile" then change your 'Password'.
You would need to enter your old password and specify and confirm the new one. Once you specified
and confirmed the new password, a confirmation mail will be sent directly to your contact email address.
How can I update the contact details on my account?
Once you have logged in to "My account", you click "Edit My
Profile" and then change the contact details. We advise you to update your profile immediately
you change any of your contact details; this will make it possible for any recruiter interested
in you to contact you directly.
Can you guarantee a response rate for posted CVs/ Resumes?
We cannot guarantee the viewer-ship of your resume by employers.
But we save you time and effort by matching job requirements with those in your CV/ Resume/ Profile.
Employers will contact you if you meet their preset criteria. We do not get involved in the actual
process we only provide this website as a medium of interaction between you and Recruiters/ Employers.
You will also be able to monitor the number of times your Resume/ CV/ Profile has been viewed by
potential Employers/ Recruiters.
Will I know if/ when my CV/ Resume has been viewed?
Hits and search views
You can monitor/ track the number of hits/ search views received for your resume. This helps
you Know the number of times your CVs have been viewed by potential Recruiters/ Employers.
How soon will I get a response from recruiters?
You will receive job alerts as soon as jobs matching your
CV/ Resume/ Profile are posted on this website.
Job Agents/ Detectors on this site will facilitate this notification. Recruiters who have short
listed you will contact you directly.
If I sign-up how quickly will my account go live?
Your account will go live immediately you sign up for the
service. This means your CV/ Resume/ Profile will be available to recruiters looking for job
candidates on this website.
Normally how long does it take for the prospective employer to conduct interviews after
advertising the job on www.humantalentrecruit.com?
Employers vary widely in the way they handle recruitment. Some
Companies are very quick, others take a long time. Some companies reply to all applicants, others
only to the ones that they like to interview. We are not engaged with the recruitment process. We
recommend that you liaise with the respective employers directly.
Can I view jobs without an account?
To preview a Job, you need not have an account. But if you wish to apply for a Job you must
create an account on the website.
Can I know the profiles of employers before applying for their posted jobs?
Jobseekers can search jobs posted by a particular employer and will also be able to view
complete employer profile page Ė this includes information about the company, their culture,

How do I apply for an open job?
Online Job Applications
You will have ability to 'apply online' using your current Resume/ Resume of your choice.
First register on our website and post your CV. Then you need to log in with your user Id

Do you have Quick Job application option?

Jobseekers can review the list of applied jobs at any given
point of time from their account page options.
How do I know the status of my application after I have applied?
Log in with your user Id and Password. Click on
"My Job Applications".
Who has access to my CV/ Resume/ Profile?
Once you have posted your Resume, all the Recruiters/ Employers
who are registered with us, BUT NOT BLOCKED by you have access to it.
You can maintain confidentiality by flagging the resume as private/ public and secure your privacy.
You may wish to block specific employers from viewing your CV/ Resume/ Profile, for example
your current employer or companies you donít wish to work for.
Once you have logged in to "My Account", you Click "Block Employers" Then list the
Employers (Companies/ Organizations etc) you wish not to view your details. Companies you have
currently blocked are listed on this page.
If you wish to make your Resume/ CVs/ Profile to any of the blocked Recruiters/ Employers at
any point just click 'DELETE' and those employers will be able to access your details on this website.
What is "Search"?
Search gives you an option to look for relevant jobs you
qualify for. To search for jobs, use the given search window.
Jobs can be searched across various categories. Default search will bring all job advertisements
posted by employers.
All words matching all the keywords entered will be returned. The keywords may or may not

Some Recruiters/ Employers may use this feature as a
candidate-sifting tool for all online applications. Screening questions must therefore be
answered. Itís important you check/ tick √ or dot (.). these questions as they form part of the
short listing process. You donít have to worry even if you donít answer all of them correctly.
There are many more things employers look for apart from those questions. So just answer them to
the best of your knowledge and ability.
