TalentRecruit, its subsidiaries and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, representatives and third party service providers, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising or resulting from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or relating to your use of the Site or its use by any person on your behalf including and but not limited to claims of breach of third party intellectual property rights. COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing services on this site, the Customer accepts these Commercial Terms under which HTR and
TalentRecruit provide the Service.
Provision of Service
HTR and TalentRecruit grant the Customer, the right to access the Service for a specific Contract period upon fulfillment of the terms and conditions of use.
The Customer accepts that HTR and TalentRecruit is an advertising and linkage medium and cannot guarantee a particular level of response in respect of Job opportunities or service or other advertisements.
All our services are Pre-paid through Credit/ Debit Cards, Bank transfer, check and money transfer service subject to terms and conditions.
Fees payable are quoted under the specific services categories and are subject to change from time to time without notice.
Fees are exclusive of taxes.
The Customer shall pay all applicable VAT and other taxes imposed on charges for services under applicable law in their areas/ countries of jurisdiction.
Customer Obligations & Responsibilities
The Customer accepts that, following any contact with third parties,
- It shall be up to the Customer and the third parties to agree on how to progress matters further;
- That the Customer shall act in good faith and in a business like and courteous manner;
- That the Customer shall keep strictly confidential all confidential information disclosed by the third parties
and act in accordance with the United Kingdom Data Protection Laws and regulations and any other such laws and
regulations in force in their areas/ countries of jurisdiction from where they access and use this site.
- The Customer shall not resell the Service purchased from HTR and Talentrecruit to any third party.
- The Customer agrees that HTR and Talentrecruit shall be entitled (in addition to its entitlement to terminate
this Agreement) to remove any unauthorized listings as HTR and Talentrecruit may in its sole discretion determine.
- The Service is for use by the Customer only and allows non-exclusive access to the Service using one unique pin
