linkage between job candidates and recruiters.
We do not provide the jobs directly ourselves.

maximum liability arising out of or relating to the transaction which is
the subject matter of this agreement, regardless of the cause of action
(whether in contract, tort, breach of warranty or otherwise), will not
exceed the amount paid by you to HTR and TalentRecruit limited.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable to the other, for any loss or damage which may be suffered by the other party due to any circumstances beyond the first party’s reasonable control including and without limitation to any power failure.
Registration
Accuracy
When registering on the Site, you must ensure that all information you provide is true, accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you change your details at any time, you agree to ensure the said details are updated.
Username and Password
- It is your responsibility to keep your login (email address) and your password safe and secure.
- If there is any activity undertaken with your login details then you are responsible. If you suspect that your
details may have been used by someone else without your authorization, then you must notify us at
support@humantalentrecruit.com as soon as possible. You must also change
your password immediately.
- It shall be the responsibility of corporate website
users to cancel the access authorization of their personnel
who cease to hold authority to access the services on this

You agree to indemnify HTR and TalentRecruit against any and all claims arising out of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password.
Placement and Removal of content on the Site
HTR and TalentRecruit reserve the right to decline to publish, or where already published, to remove any content that is considered as inappropriate for the Site.
Fraudulent Listings
When advertising an Employment Opportunity or service, Advertisers must ensure that the Employment Opportunity or services they are listing are being advertised in the correct package to ensure no misrepresentation of material facts.
Security
Posting fraudulent jobs or services information violates HTR and
TalentRecruit’s terms and conditions of use and international law.
To protect yourself from fraud, HTR and TalentRecruit encourages you to make informed decisions before sharing your social security number or any other similar personal information with third parties.
Most employers for instance will not ask for personal information until you arrive at their offices for an interview and are given a formal job application; so be wary if you are asked to give your social security number or such similar information by telephone, email or online.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
These website terms and conditions may be changed by us at any
time. You will be deemed to accept the terms and conditions (as

Invalidity
Each Term of this Agreement is severable and distinct from the others and, if any provision is, or at any time becomes
to any extent or in any circumstances invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall to that
extent be deemed not to form part of this Agreement but the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining parts
of this Agreement shall not be affected or impaired, it being our intention that every provision of this letter shall be
& remain valid & enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Waiver
Failure or neglect by either party to exercise or enforce any right conferred shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any such right nor operate so as to bar that exercise or enforcement thereof or of any other right on any later occasion.
Assignment
HTR and TalentRecruit reserve the right to assign or transfer all or any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any companies in the same group or any other third party. In the event of assignment or transfer, notification will either be given to you by e-mail or posted on the Website.
Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you specifically agree to indemnify and hold HTR and
TalentRecruit, its subsidiaries and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, representatives and third party service providers, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising or resulting from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or relating to your use of the Site or its use by any person on your behalf including and but not limited to claims of breach of third party intellectual property rights. For the purposes of this paragraph Site includes any linked sites. HTR and
TalentRecruit hold the benefit of this Indemnity as trustee for each person named as benefiting from it.
COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing services on this site, the Customer accepts these Commercial Terms under which HTR and
TalentRecruit provide the Service.
Provision of Service
HTR and TalentRecruit grant the Customer, the right to access the Service for a specific Contract period upon fulfillment of the terms and conditions of use.
Service Response
The Customer accepts that HTR and TalentRecruit is an advertising and linkage medium and cannot guarantee a particular level of response in respect of Job opportunities or service or other advertisements.
Payments
All our services are Pre-paid through Credit/ Debit Cards, Bank transfer, check and money transfer service subject to terms and conditions.
Fees payable are quoted under the specific services categories and are subject to change from time to time without notice.
Taxes
Fees are exclusive of taxes.
The Customer shall pay all applicable VAT and other taxes imposed on charges for services under applicable law in their areas/ countries of jurisdiction.
Customer Obligations & Responsibilities
The Customer accepts that, following any contact with third parties,
- It shall be up to the Customer and the third parties to agree on how to progress matters further;
- That the Customer shall act in good faith and in a business like and courteous manner;
- That the Customer shall keep strictly confidential all confidential information disclosed by the third parties
and act in accordance with the United Kingdom Data Protection Laws and regulations and any other such laws and
regulations in force in their areas/ countries of jurisdiction from where they access and use this site.
- The Customer shall not resell the Service purchased from HTR and Talentrecruit to any third party.
- The Customer agrees that HTR and Talentrecruit shall be entitled (in addition to its entitlement to terminate
this Agreement) to remove any unauthorized listings as HTR and Talentrecruit may in its sole discretion determine.
- The Service is for use by the Customer only and allows non-exclusive access to the Service using one unique pin
and password in accordance with these Terms of use. If the Customer (including any of the Customer's employees or
consultants) is found to share passwords with any party who is not a Customer then such sharing will be a material
breach of this Agreement.
- In certain jurisdictions/ countries, information which discriminates on grounds of sex, race, age, health or
disability is illegal and may result in proceedings being taken against the Customer.
Termination
The use of services on this site may be terminated in the event that the:-
- Customer is in breach of terms and conditions of this service.
- Customer makes any material misrepresentation in order to become a Customer of the Service;
- Customer is using the Website or Service for any improper use or with the intention to damage the reputation of
either the Website or the Services provided by HTR and Talentrecruit.
This Agreement forms the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all previous agreements, understanding and representations relating to its subject matter.
A person who is not a party to this Agreement shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or any amendments thereof, to enforce any of its Terms.
Law and Jurisdiction
You are responsible for complying with the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing this site and you agree that you will not access or use this site in violation of such laws.
However, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom and Wales.
Effective Date
